Getting Started 

For every patient at RMANJ, treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation conducted by our medical team. During your first appointment, you will have an opportunity to discuss your medical history and your treatment plan with one of our doctors. In most cases, the physician will also perform a complete physical examination including an ultrasound. Other diagnostic tests may also be initiated at this time depending on your medical history and examination.
 
Following your initial meeting with a doctor, you will meet with one of RMANJ’s specially trained nurse coordinators, who will work with you and your doctor to coordinate your medical care during every phase of your treatment.
 
All patients will have an opportunity to review insurance and financial information with an RMANJ financial counselor. RMANJ participates in several health insurance plans and offers a number of financing options. Our financial counselors are available to provide assistance with insurance and answer any questions you may have about payment issues related to your treatment.
 
Prior to scheduling an initial appointment with RMANJ, all patients must provide medical records specific to their care, as well completing required patient forms. This allows our team to review the information before your visit so that we can make effective use of your time with us. Our scheduling team will explain these needs when you make arrangements for your first appointment.
