My daughter and her husband are patients in your IVF program.   He is a testicular cancer survivor.  After highly recommending your program to them I wanted to let you know how very pleased they have been with the whole process.  She is very needle-phobic and she said that your staffs, both clinical and administrative, have been great.  Additionally, she has been very happy with the care she has received from Dr. Shastri.   I was a bit reticent about recommending anyone to them for something so important in their lives.  In this day and age when patients are so quick to complain I wanted to thank you for the care my daughter has received.   I am confident in anticipating a good outcome in their quest for a family.

I am 22 weeks pregnant now with a healthy, female baby. We came to RMANJ for family balancing. We have 2 sons and always wanted a daughter. Our experience at RMANJ was nothing short of perfect. My introductory meeting with Dr Drews left me feeling optimistic. Dr Drews' bedside manner made rapport easy. He answered all of my questions, made me feel at ease and excited to begin. Adrienne  was fantastic! From day 1, though a very overwhelming process, Adrienne patiently explained everything to me.  She inspired confidence in the process because of her patience and knowledge. I will say more on Adrienne later.  I did most of my monitoring at the Somerset office. Each and every nurse who took my blood was always happy and friendly, especially considering I always arrived 5:45 am. The woman who works at the front desk, Harriet, has the most amazing disposition. I was always greeted with a smile, she always opened the doors right on time at 5:45 and seemed to never forget a face, an instruction, or to say have a nice day as I left. Dr Shastri was another consistent positive of my experience with RMA. For every sonogram Dr Shastri gave an explanation of what she was looking for, what she saw, and what to expect when the next step was given. She helped to make me feel secure as I left each office visit and not anxiously awaiting my next phone call.

      

Back to Adrienne...I must have asked Adrienne a million questions from exercise and caffeine to injections and regular “is this normal?” emails. Email made communication so much easier for me and she was willing to work with me this way. Adrienne even came to wish me luck in person on the day of my transfer. The nurses and doctors who were present for my retrieval and transfer were more of the same: helpful, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. A very anxiety provoking experience was made calm because of all of their support. I write this letter because too often, people only speak up when they have something about which they'd like to complain. That's a disservice to those who provide great support and who do a great job. We came to RMANJ because one of the doctors is a family friend. We never regretted that decision. On the contrary, we'd happily recommend RMANJ to anyone having either a fertility issue or interested in family balancing. We'd appreciate it if you could let these people know they made a difference. Thank you!
