RMANJ is redefining IVF and is committed to making it a more effective, safe, and successful experience. Our comprehensive patient-centered care and fertility breakthroughs result in some of the highest IVF delivery rates in the US and the world.

We’re glad you found us here at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey (RMANJ). Maybe you’re new to infertility or perhaps you’re looking for more choices in care. Either way, we understand.

Despite having some of the highest in-vitro fertilization (IVF) delivery rates in the US and the world, we’re constantly looking for the safest and most effective techniques and technologies to help you increase your chances for a successful pregnancy and delivery, while giving you reasons to stay positive along the way.

Advancements like extended embryo culture, trophectoderm biopsy, SelectCCS and single embryo transfer are just some of the ways that we’re helping to redefine the IVF experience and expectations of success.

Put simply, not all IVF programs and treatments provide the same chance for your success. So doing a little research can have a big impact on your care.

At RMANJ our live birth or delivery rates are 64.4% in women under 35 and 24% higher than the national average. Across all age groups, RMANJ is a Top 10 program in the US and the world. Our high IVF success rates translate into a greater chance for success in the shortest amount of time.

Improving Safety and Outcomes in IVF

Many IVF programs are still relying heavily on judging an embryo’s potential to implant by how it looks - essentially judging a book by its cover. RMANJ has developed a one-of-a-kind, rapid 24-chromosome screening process called SelectCCS which identifies whether embryos are euploid (have a normal number of chromosomes) or aneuploid (have an abnormal number of chromosomes).

Published data suggests that 50-70% of miscarriages are due to embryos with too few or too many chromosomes. Using a more comprehensive and evidence-based approach like SelectCCS during the embryo selection process can improve safety and efficacy in IVF.

Have your family... one baby at a time

We understand being new parents becomes twice as challenging with twins. But by combining the latest laboratory advancements with the most comprehensive embryo screening methods offered by SelectCCS, RMANJ is making the promise of single embryo transfer (SET) a reality.

Recent data demonstrates similar pregnancy rates when only one screened embryo is transferred versus two unscreened. At the same time there is a dramatic reduction in the number of twin pregnancies. Have your family - one baby at a time. Ask your RMANJ care team about single embryo transfer.

Extended Embryo Culture MEANS BETTER RESULTs

The IVF laboratory is the heart of any fertility program and it’s often overlooked by patients when they select an infertility practice. At RMANJ we’ve been recognized by both our competition and scientific institutions for our commitment to excellence in the laboratory.

In fact, our embryology laboratory is now an exclusive blastocyst-transfer program; our lab has the capability to allow embryos to develop for 5 to 6 days prior to transfer, allowing us to improve our embryo selection process.
