ENMOTION – EMBRYO’S NATURAL MOTION

The objective of the EnMotion Clinical Research Study is to evaluate the impact of a dynamic culture system, or a culture system where embryos can move as they do naturally, on the reproductive potential of embryos created during in-vitro-fertilization (IVF).

INCLUSION CRITERIA

EXCLUSION CRITERIA

  • Diagnosis of endometrial insufficiency
  • Use of oocyte donor and/or gestational carrier
  • Use of surgical sperm extraction
  • Communicating hydrosalpinx
  • Single gene disorder or sex selection
  • Concurrent participation in another clinical study

DISCOUNT

  • Patients will receive the 24-chromosome preimplantation genetic screening free of charge.

SPERM CHROMATIN STRUCTURE ASSAY (SCSA)

The purpose of this study is to determine if sperm DNA fragmentation is associated with in vitro fertilization (IVF) outcomes when euploid embryos are transferred. Euploid embryos are those that have a complete set of chromosomes (46, XX or 46, XY). Sperm DNA fragmentation refers to sperm DNA that is damaged or has an altered structure. The sperm chromatin structure assay (SCSA) is a method to evaluate sperm DNA fragmentation.

INCLUSION CRITERIA

EXCLUSION CRITERIA

  • Known genetic abnormality in either partner
  • Use of oocyte donor and/or gestational carrier
  • Use of sperm donor, cryopreserved sperm, or surgical sperm extraction
  • Communicating hydrosalpinx
  • Presence of varicocele
  • Participation in any embryo banking program

DISCOUNT

  • Patients will receive Sperm DNA fragmentation analysis free of charge and $1,000 off the cost of Comprehensive Chromosome Screening (CCS).

SOLAIRE – SCREENING OF LOW RESPONDERS FOR ANEUPLOIDY TO IMPROVE REPRODUCTIVE EFFICIENCY

The Objective of the SOLAIRE clinical trial is to assess the impact of comprehensive chromosome screening (CCS) on patients with low ovarian reserve in an effort to improve success during in vitro fertilization (IVF) and decrease the time to successful pregnancy.

INCLUSION CRITERIA

  • Female patient less than or equal to 43 years of age
  • Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level < or = 1.1ng/mL, tested within previous year
  • Total basal antral follicle count less than or equal to eight
  • Male partner with >100,00 total motile spermatozoa per ejaculate (donor sperm acceptable)
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) less than or equal to 32

EXCLUSION CRITERIA

  • Diagnosis of endometrial insufficiency
  • Use of oocyte donor and/or gestational carrier
  • Use of surgical sperm extraction or DNA Banking
  • Communicating hydrosalpinx
  • Single gene disorder or sex selection
  • Concurrent participation in another clinical study

DISCOUNT

  • Patients who are randomized to the CCS group will receive CCS free of charge and will also not be charged for additional blood work or embryonic genetic analysis.
