RMANJ believes that nurses are a vital part of the comprehensive care experience, which is why our team is comprised of nurses whose passion for helping patients is matched only by their commitment to staying at the forefront of reproductive medicine. Our care team is focused on you and your fertility care needs.
It’s no surprise, then, that RMANJ has been recognized as a Center of Nursing Excellence by The Executive Board of the Nurses’ Professional Group – American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Adrienne Frankel is a Primary Senior Nurse at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey’s Basking Ridge office. When she isn’t supporting the nursing staff, she loves traveling, spending time with family and especially floating in her pool while reading a book.
The first novel Adrienne Frankel read as a child was a biography about Claire Barton, founder of the American Red Cross. Barton’s story inspired Frankel to pursue a nursing career of her own.
Frankel earned her nursing degree from Mountainside School of Nursing in New Jersey. She started off as a medical surgical nurse, then gained experience as a pediatric nurse before becoming a labor and delivery nurse at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. It was through her role as a labor and delivery nurse that she was first introduced to reproductive medicine.
Shortly after Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey opened its doors, Frankel was given an opportunity to join the nursing team, and she did. She is currently a Primary Senior Nurse at RMANJ’s Basking Ridge office.
“I love that patients end up feeling like family, and being able to tell them they’re pregnant is the best feeling,” she said.
When she isn’t guiding patients through their care, she loves traveling, spending time with family and especially floating in her pool while reading a book.

Registered nurse, Jaclyn Carr, was born and raised in Central Jersey, graduated from Rutgers with her nursing degree and is, according to her, “living the Jersey dream!”
Growing up, Carr had a fascination with sharks and wanted to pursue a career in marine biology. It wasn’t until her mom mentioned nursing to her that she changed her mind about her future. “I honestly can’t imagine being anything other than a nurse or loving what I do more than being a nurse!”
She originally entered the field as a labor and delivery nurse, when an opportunity at Reproductive Associates of New Jersey was presented to her. Carr instantly fell in love with reproductive medicine and the groundbreaking work RMANJ was doing for their patients.
“I knew immediately after starting at RMANJ that I would be here long term!” she recently recalled.
Carr joined RMANJ’s Basking Ridge office and serves as an IVF Nurse Coordinator, guiding patients through their IVF journey.
“There’s something indescribable about getting a birth announcement and knowing what that baby looked like when he/she was 100 cells big!” she said.
When Carr isn’t seeing patients in our Basking Ridge location she can be found indulging in all things shark related and cheering on her favorite NFL team, the Green Bay Packers!
Jandra Weninger is an IVF Nurse Coordinator at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey’s Basking Ridge office. Originally from Pennsylvania, she enjoys living life on a farm, running, practicing yoga and fixing up her more than 200-year-old farmhouse.
Jandra Weninger found her calling as a nurse after being inspired by a team of nurses who cared for her father during an illness. However, nursing is a second career for Weninger, who first graduated from Northampton Community College and began working as a professional photographer.
“The nurses who cared for my father inspired me to change career paths to become a nurse,” she recently said, “Their compassion and caring played an integral role in the nurse I am today.”
She went back to school and earned her nursing degree from St. Luke’s University. Soon after she began working at Lehigh Valley Hospital and then Lehigh Valley Physician Group as an OB/GYN nurse. While there she enrolled at Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated with her bachelor’s in nursing. After experiencing the world of obstetrics, Weninger decided she wanted to join Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey to be a part of the incredible path to parenthood.
“RMANJ has the most reputable staff and best practices,” she said, Weninger is an IVF Nurse Coordinator in RMANJ’s Basking Ridge office and enjoys taking the time to make sure that every patient moves through their care having all their needs met.

In her spare time, she still indulges in an occasional photography session, but spends most of her time running, practicing yoga, and fixing up her more than 200-year-old farmhouse.
