Hayley Eichlin always knew she wanted to be a pillar in the women’s health field, and she found her calling in the fertility world early on.

She began her career as a NICU nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She then went on to obtain her Master’s in Nursing from Philadelphia’s Thomas Jefferson University. Before graduation, Eichlin came to Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey for her clinical rotation and fell in love with the research-driven, patient-centered care RMANJ provided. She stayed on as a Third Party Reproduction Nurse Coordinator and then a Nurse Practitioner for two years.

In an effort to broaden her scope of clinical experience in women’s health she took a role as a nurse practitioner seeing OB/GYN patients at St. Luke’s University Health Network clinic in Wind Gap, Pa. During that time, she also earned her Doctorate in Nursing from North Carolina’s Duke University.

Not long after graduating from Duke, Eichlin joined Dr. Kaser and Dr. Franasiak as the Nurse Practitioner at RMANJ’s Marlton office. In her new role, she will be seeing patients as well as performing procedures such as performing ultrasounds, saline sonograms, hysterosalpingograms (HSG), IUIs, and hysteroscopies.

“The nurse-practitioner model is one based on high levels of education –focused engagement with patients and I’m thrilled to be working with hopeful parents in South Jersey community in this capacity” she said of the office’s opening.

Eichlin is a board certified women’s health nurse practitioner, registered nurse and neonatal intensive care nurse. She is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
